Anna had lost a total of 7.25 inches and shrunk her middle, participating in the Fit & Firm Challenge!

CONGRATS to Jess, our Fit & Firm Challenge winner, losing a total of 14.25 total body inches within a 4 month period. 

Within just 3 months time from January 2018 to the beginning of April 2018, Mark gained three pounds and lost 3% body fat, resulting in gaining 3+ pounds of muscle! Almost a year later...look at him now!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What is the Fit & Firm Challenge?

  • The Fit & Firm Challenge was a challenge based on a 4 month long period. 

  • Each month, the kind of cardio and core workouts that clients did had changed. This way, participants were able to see which kind of exercise their body responded the best to by the end of the 4 months. 

  • Measurements were taken on or closest to the first of every month, and the average of total inches (not pounds) per month were recorded. 

  • Participants were be able to see where they stand throughout the challenge, compared to other participants. At the end of the challenge, the participant who had the most inches lost, as well as the most visible transformation, was awarded a prize! 

  • NUTRITION portion - Diet will play 75% in any body transformation. What WAS recorded weekly were the foods that maybe shouldn't have been eaten that week. Therefore, clients were able to look at their food consumption and better be able to visualize the changes that needed to happen and/or foods that needed to be eliminated or moderated.

  • Participants also wrote down how they were feeling that day on a scale from 1-10 (1 being very down, 10 being very happy), as well as the amount of stress they've had that day on a scale from 1-10. This helped participants recognize the triggers for the consumption of these "bad" foods to better find a way to cope with them!
